Delicious ready sauces, made from chopped tomatoes and carefully selected raw ingredients from Puglia, prepared with passion to obtain: Sugo all'Arrabbiata (spicy tomato sauce), Sugo alle Olive (tomato and olive sauce), Sugo Carciofi e Ricotta (tomato, artichoke and ricotta sauce). Perfect for making delicious pasta dishes in only 5 minutes. Just pour the contents of the jar onto the hot pasta, dress with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and serve. This sauce is based on an ancient family recipe, an authentic expression of Puglia's peasant culture. Chopped local tomatoes are blended with "Violetto di Brindisi" artichokes, cow's milk ricotta, sheep's milk ricotta typical of the Murgia Barese area, garlic and salt.

Finished off with extra-virgin olive oil from the De Carlo olive press.
